How do I join a club?

Pick your sport with the filter above, find a club that suits your age and level, then use its Learn More link to contact the club directly about training nights and trials. Most welcome beginners — you don't need to be experienced or bring a team.

Do I need any experience?

No. Many clubs run beginner-friendly and social sessions, and several actively recruit players who have never tried the sport. Look for clubs tagged Mixed or social, or just get in touch and ask — they'll point you to the right session.

Are there clubs for women, youth and LGBTQ+ players?

Yes. Use the Who it's for filter to find women's rugby, youth clubs for ages 4–16, and a strong cluster of LGBTQ+ and inclusive football clubs alongside the Kings Cross Steelers — the world's first gay and inclusive rugby club.
